- An approximate monthly enquiry volume (if provided)
- The date and time of your submission
- Basic technical data: IP address, browser type, and referring page
We do not collect payment information through this website.
How we use your data
We use the information you submit to:
- Contact you to arrange a discovery call or follow up on your enquiry
- Send you a confirmation of your submission
- Understand what kinds of businesses are enquiring, so we can improve our service
We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use it for advertising.
Legal basis for processing
We process your data on the basis of legitimate interests — specifically, to respond to an enquiry you have voluntarily submitted — and, where applicable, with your consent (for example, if you opt into follow-up messages).
How we store and share your data
Submissions are forwarded to our workflow tool (Make.com) and stored in a CRM (Airtable). Both are used solely to manage your enquiry. They are cloud-based services with their own privacy policies.
We retain enquiry data for up to 2 years. If a business relationship is established, we may retain relevant records for up to 7 years for accounting purposes.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to processing based on legitimate interests
